ADVOCATING FOR FAVORABLE POLIES AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT

2.3.1 Promote good coordination in sector
- Form CSO group and routine meeting at sub-national level
- Promote common voices to government partners and policy makers
- Reduce conflict of interest and competition among members
2.3.2 Strengthening partnership with government and partners at national and provincial level
- Advocate for equal partnership behavior between government institutions and CSO
- Influence government funding NGOs’ services
- Influence involvement of CSO in policy discussion, health planning, and M&E
2.3.3 Raise awareness of priority services and good practices
- Establish licensed FB of HACC and regular update
- Facilitate campaign, media, and publication
- Conduct information sharing and policy dialogues
2.3.4 Facilitate Documentation and researches
- Make joint application for research
- Facilitate documentation of case studies and success stories among members
- Pool all documents and research reports, and make them available for interested stakeholders
