2.1. STRENGTHENING HACC SECRETARIAT:

2.1.1 Improve resource mobilization
- Increase visibility
- Joint proposals
- Increase membership,
2.1.2 Increase Capacity of the Secretariat
- Capacity building for staff
- Increase number of qualified staff in the secretariat
- Promote voluntarism at the Secretariat and members,
2.1.3 Promote good governance
- Promote good governance practices in HACC
- Promote participation in policy development, planning, and monitoring

2.2. STRENGTHENING HACC MEMBERS

2.2.1 Provide Capacity building to members
- Identify training need for members,
- Conduct training and workshop for members
- Encourage platform for sharing knowledge among members
2.2.2 Network members with other partners
- Establish platform for contact between members and partners
- Promote members’ good practices and lessons learnt to partners
- Encourage ongoing information sharing
2.2.3 Enforce good governance at member organizations
- Encourage and facilitate application for CCC certificate
- Encourage and assist functioning internal control system
