Law on HIV/AIDS Unofficial TranslationThe Law on the Prevention and Control of HIV/AIDS; which was enacted by the National
Assembly on 14 of June, 2002 at its 8th plenary session of the 2nd legislature, and entirely
approved by the Senate of its form and legal concepts on the 10th July, 2002 at its 7th plenary
session of the 1st legislature; has the following provisions:

Human Trafficking and Sex Exploitation LawThe Law on Suppression of Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation that
was passed by the National Assembly on 20 December 2007 during its 7th
session of the 3rd legislature, and approved in its entirety by the Senate on
18 January 2008 without any change on the law’s formality and legal
concepts during its 4th plenary session of the 2nd legislature,which reads as
