WRC is seeking for One (1) qualified Cambodian national to work as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer based in Sa Ang District, Kandal Province. I-THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) reports directly to the Program Support Director (PSD). They should demonstrate understanding of WR programs and contribute regularly to the development of program strategy and guidelines. The Provincial M&E provides technical training and mentoring support to program staff as needed. Communication includes supporting PSD in his position, internal evaluation and updating field data. They will work closely with the PSD and look for ways to strengthen the program. They will plan the annual survey/evaluation. II-MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise provincial reporting activities Manage and provide M and E training to staff and partners. Design and update effective M and E tools, checklists, and forms. Assist with Data collection and procedures for yearly surveys. Assist provincial leader with tracking program activities to ensure compliance with proposed activities (found in project log-frames). Report on program progress to update management. Analyze report data and variances to recommend corrective action. Job Description

World Relief Cambodia (WRC), a Christian International NGO working with churches and other community partners and volunteers in HIV/AID’s, community health, child development, and Community Protection of Children in Cambodia. WRC is seeking for One (1) qualified Cambodian national to work as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer based in Sa Ang District, Kandal Province.

I-THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION
