DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES In TB department of the Provincial Hospital (PH): Ensure final diagnosis for all TB suspect cases, Provide appropriate treatment and follow-up to each TB patient by following the guidelines, Practice good infection control, Give a technical support and collaborate with governmental staff, Supervise contact tracing, Data management, Active case finding PH. In Operational Districts: Provide technical support to the MoH staff of the Health Facilities aiming to improve detection, diagnosis, quality of care, medication distribution, follow-up of children and adults with regular TB, and those co-infected with HIV and TB, Ensure the proper implementation of the referral system within ODs, Liaise with a multidisciplinary team, Work closely with Ministry of Health and MSF team, Respect the ethics of his/her profession and commit to support the rights of the patients. QUALIFICATIONS: Medical Doctor certified diploma, Aware of the requirement for holistic care of patients, Knowledge of TB, Fluent in Khmer and English, Interpersonal/human relations skills, Willingness to work and interested in the Tuberculosis issue in Cambodia, Demonstrate ability to show initiative and adaptability, Ability to work independently with skill in time management and organization, Skill in time management and organization, Beneficial to have Computer skills: Word and Excel. This is an open-ended contract starting in October 2012.
